Road Maintenance Worker
- Perform general manual labor, including flagging work for road crews.
- Typical Schedule Mon-Thurs 6:30 am-5:00 pm.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older at the time of hire
- Must possess Valid Oregon Driver's License
- Successful applicants will need to pass a drug screen
Road Maintenance Division is hiring for summer help.
Does a three-day weekend sound good? Are you 18 years of age and have an Oregon driver’s license? If you answered yes, Lane County Road Maintenance may have a summer job for you! Each year we hire between 30 - 35 “extra help” workers to perform routine tasks like flagging, vegetation removal and road maintenance.

If you are offered a position with Lane County Road Maintenance we will need some extra information from you and we will need you to perform a drug screen. We provide training and equipment.
WHEN WOULD I START WORKING?
These positions work Monday through Thursday, 6:30AM – 5:00PM. Some jobs start as early as May but a majority of the jobs are available through the summer when school is out.
